六亚甲基亚胺盐合成MCM-22分子筛的研究

Abstract:　　为了解决六亚甲基亚胺模板剂的剧毒性和高挥发性问题，本文采用盐酸预酸化制得六亚甲基亚胺盐模板剂，在静态合成条件下系统考察了MCM-22 分子筛的合成条件。结果表明，以六亚甲基亚胺盐为模板剂可以合成出纯相MCM-22 分子筛。并且与六亚甲基亚胺模板剂相比，胺盐模板剂有利于提高MCM-22 分子筛的分散性和减缓MCM-49 杂晶的出现。
