异丁烷在锌改性纳米HZSM-5沸石催化剂上芳构化的机理研究

Abstract:  本文采用浸渍法制备了高载锌量的Lewis酸型Zn/纳米HZSM-5 催化剂.固定床实验结果证明,异丁烷在没有Br?nsted酸的Lewis酸型Zn/纳米HZSM-5 催化剂上转化具有较高的反应活性和芳烃选择性.用红外光谱发现异丁烷在催化剂的(Zn-O-Zn)2+活性中心上发生解离吸附形成伴生Br?nsted 酸(Zn-OH)+ 和[Zn-(C4H9)-]+ 负碳物种.DFT 法理论计算结果表明异丁烷在(Zn-O-Zn)2+活性中心上解离生成的负碳物种可以在Lewis酸的单独作用下进一步发生聚合、环化等反应生成芳烃.因此,在Lewis酸型Zn/纳米HZSM-5 催化剂上异丁烷芳构化反应存在伴生Br?nsted酸-Lewis酸协同催化和Lewis酸单独催化两种路径.
