Abstract: 采用阻滞阴离子聚合方法,以自制多锂为引发剂,三异丁基铝为阻滞剂,成功制备了一系列含星形S/I/B三元共聚物的星形高抗冲聚苯乙烯(S-HIPS).研究了四氢呋喃(THF)对含星形S/I/B三元共聚物的S-HIPS微观结构的影响,并考察了其抗冲击性能.结果表明:随THF加入量的增大,橡胶相的玻璃化转变温度显著升高;树脂相对分子质量和橡胶相中聚苯乙烯嵌段含量对含星形S/I/B三元共聚物的S-HIPS的冲击强度有较大贡献;当其他条件相似时,含星形S/I/B三元共聚物的S-HIPS的冲击强度是线形结构HIPS的近2倍;与含星形S/B二元共聚物的S-HIPS相比,含星形S/I/B三元共聚物的S-HIPS中异戊二烯的加入使其冲击强度提高了近1倍.
