大启动转矩磁力耦合器设计及优化

Abstract: 以磁力耦合器为研究对象,提出一种在导磁体盘上开槽进而增加磁力耦合器最大起动转矩的方法,并针对本方法带来的齿槽转矩问题进行理论研究.基于虚位移法分析了齿槽转矩的解析式,找到影响齿槽转矩的关键因素,之后通过三维电磁场有限元分析软件模拟计算了每种优化方法的效果,研究结果证明了该方法可行.
