龙门加工中心横梁部件的拓扑优化设计与分析

Abstract:It presents a method of design for laying gantry crossbeam inner plates on cross and longitudinal sections which utilizes toplogical optimation method. It models the crossbeam component by optimized sections, and analyses the obtained crossbeam with finite element method. The results indicates that the final crossbeam is lighter 6% than original design, the max deformation was 50% original and the first resonance frequency was improved 51% than before. The method can provide the helpful instruction for the similar optimation design.
