Abstract:In designing piezoelectric six-axis heavy force dynamometer on shaft, determining load-distribution ratio is the key issue. Therefore, we analyze the load-distribution principles of dynamometers, build corresponding mechanical models and derive the theoretical formulas of load-distribution ratio based on mechanics of materials and structural mechanics. Then, we analyze the mechanical models of the fixtures using ANSYS software and modify axial load-distribution formula. Static calibration experiments are designed, and the sensors and dynamometer are calibrated, which verifies the theoretical formulas of load-distribution ratio. Finally, the main parameters that influence load-distribution ratio are analyzed. Results show that the proposed theoretical formulas of load-distribution radio can provide a reference for the design of piezoelectric six-axis heavy force dynamometers on shaft.
