Abstract:Nano Ni-TiN composite coatings were prepared by ultrasonic-electrodepositing method. The effect of ultrasonic wave on the content, morphology and microstructure were studied by the atomic absorption spectrophotometer (AAS), high respective transmission electron microscope (HRTEM) and X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD). The result shows that the join of ultrasonic wave, which not only increase the content of nano TiN particles in composite coatings, but also improve the morphology obviously and have a fine microstructure. When the ultrasonic power is 200W, the content reaches 9.9%.
