Abstract:The digital parallel design and manufacture principle of ideal functional material components (IFMC) forming by digital jetting forming technics with surface tension is analyzed. The threshold of micro-cannula is analyzed. The jetting principle and characteristics of the piezoelectric actuator are illuminated. The CNC system is developed based on PMAC (programmable multi-axis controller) which is the kernel of the motion control system and IPC (industry personal computer), which serves as the support of the system. The whole control system realizes the correspondence of the position control system, temperature control system and jetting control system. The components and function of the software are analyzed. The digital jetting forming system realizes the digital parallel design and the manufacture of IFMC.
