理想材料零件的CAD模型研究

Abstract:Ideal Functional Material Components (IFMC) are the heterogeneous
   objects which are designed with best functional usage, and constructed
   by continuously varying material composition, micrstructure,
   nonhomogeneous materials and homogeneous materials. CAD modelling for
   IFMC is the foundation of Digital Concurrent Design and manufacturing
   (DCDM). Based on concurrent design of geometrical parameters and
   material composition and microstructure, the face-based nonmanifold
   geometric model, the parameterized microstructure and the function
   modelling to represent the information of geometry and material are
   presented in the paper, and the main frame of the CAD modelling for
   (IFMC) are put forward.
