复杂曲面硬脆材料零件磨削加工数值模拟

Abstract:A heat transmission model of hard and brittle material parts during surface grinding by diamond grinding wheel was established. Based on the finite element method, the grinding temperature distribution was calculated with the aid of ANSYS software, the distribution rule and changing course of temperature field were achieved. The research results showed that under current dry grinding parameters, the highest grinding temperature was 316 ��C, and the heat was mainly distributed within the depth of 2 mm, which has no much effect on the surface; quality of the workpiece. The change rules of temperature in pace with the heat source and temperature change in different depth were found. The temperature field and course can be simulated based on finite element method to predict the grinding process, and the grinding parameters can be optimized. Thus the experiments cost and time can be reduced.
