Abstract:In the fields of energy, power engineering, defense, aeronautics and
astronautics, the requirement for high-end equipment is vital, and the
performance tolerances are extremely tight. In this environment, many
high performance parts with considerable manufacturing complexity are
created, which are often large in size, complex in shape and difficult
to produce. The integrated technology of measuring and machining
provides an effective route for high-quality and high-efficiency
machining of these types of parts. In this paper, the basic implications
and application directions of this integrated technology are introduced.
Related research progress in measurement, data processing, theoretical
modeling and key processes is reviewed with a focus on the machining
localization, inverse modification of machining parameters, and the
corrective machining of complex surfaces and surface-redesigned parts.
Finally, the potential fields of application, key questions and
development directions of the integrated technology are outlined.
