电磁连铸铝合金扁锭结晶器内磁场的改善

Abstract:用特斯拉计测量了电磁连铸铝合金扁锭结晶器内的磁感应强度,发现与只有感应线圈的情况相比,结晶器内的磁场严重衰弱,不能满足软接触电磁连铸的要求,其原因是结晶器铝壁的磁导率较小,造成电磁场的涡流损耗,导致结晶器内的磁场衰弱.硅钢片导磁性优良,将其布置在感应线圈周围,可以降低结晶器内磁路的磁阻,使大部分磁力线形成回路,从而减少磁场衰弱,提高结晶器内的磁感应强度.硅钢片在结晶器内的最佳布置情况为:在线圈底部和侧面都放置硅钢片,其中侧面放置6片,厚度为1.8 mm,与线圈距离为8.5 mm.
