用分离共晶法制备表面复合材料

Abstract:Based on the formation of separated eutectic during electromagnetic stirring and unidirectional solidification, composite materials was prepared which was composed of hypo eutectic matrix and composite surface such as pure Si or inter metallic compound Al3Fe, Al3Ni, Al6Mn. The microstructure of the material was examined, and the relations between separated layer thickness and rotation rate, solidification rate were discussed. The distribution characteristics of separated layer along the axis and the periphery were analyzed. Meanwhile, the wearability of separated layer was measured.
