Abstract:Pb-4Sb alloy components with low hardnesswere produced by permanent mold casting to cancelmachinery working. Designing idea of separating faceshaping in mould design was presented, meanwhile,the preparation process of master alloy in process ofmetal melting was cancelled. The finished componentswith machinery working free were successfully pro-duced.
