Abstract: Nowadays, while the modeling of business process in inter-organizational collaboration is researched, the coordination mechanism and relationships between the elements of organization are not clear. For this reason, this paper analyzes the characteristics of the government organization collaboration and presents a task-based government organization business collaboration model. On this basis, further development work is done. The model reflects business process of the government organization and provides support in coordination control which is lacking in previous models. It is the general framework for the business collaboration of the organization under e-government environment.
