Abstract: 通过染料分子设计，调控染料激发态的释能过程，可形成大托克斯位移的荧光发射，构建比例荧光识别和响应体系。通过分子转子转动弛豫调控染料激发态内转换的方法，可获得染料对活细胞内靶标分子、粘度等微环境参数的荧光响应。调控激发态电子转移和内转换，可猝灭激发态，提高染料光稳定性。由此，通过调控激发态的释能过程，可提升染料性能，为解决应用难题提供可靠依据。
