染料激发态释能调控与工业应用

Abstract:  通过染料分子设计,调控染料激发态的释能过程,可形成大托克斯位移的荧光发射,构建比例荧光识别和响应体系。通过分子转子转动弛豫调控染料激发态内转换的方法,可获得染料对活细胞内靶标分子、粘度等微环境参数的荧光响应。调控激发态电子转移和内转换,可猝灭激发态,提高染料光稳定性。由此,通过调控激发态的释能过程,可提升染料性能,为解决应用难题提供可靠依据。
