Abstract: To meet the requirement of the load test for Nuclear Fuel Manipulator Crane, by analyzing the principle of the load sensor, signal transmitter and the characteristics of the bridge circuit, a load simulator is designed by adjusting the potential level of the bridge circuit. The simulator can be flexible switched to on/off, and the function of coarse and fine tuning can also be achieved. The simulator can be applicable to Nuclear Fuel Manipulator Crane and other electronic sensors based on bridge circuit.
