Abstract:In order to design a new control performance standard, this paper investigated the essence of power system regulating frequency deeply and analysed what trouble current control performance evaluation standards of interconnected grid exist. To ensure good frequency quality and safe power system, this paper proposes a frequency overrun standard aiming at instant frequency bias and designs revelant index. At last, it makes a model to simulink through MATLAB/SIMULINK to prove the effectiveness of frequency overrun standard in controlling frequency.
