Abstract:Fast frequency response can effectively prevent the frequency from falling sharply. In this paper, we aim at obtaining the optimal allocation of multiple fast frequency response resources in 'source-network-load'. The idea of normalized reserve allocation is proposed, and the technical and economic characteristics of various reserve resources are coordinated based on the analytic hierarchy process. The optimization model of fast frequency response reserve allocation with network constraints is established, and then the complete optimization allocation process is formed. Numerical analysis shows that the proposed allocation method can promote the time-space collaborative optimization of multiple reserve resources, and has advantages in economy and technology compared with conventional methods. ? 2019 IEEE.
