Abstract:In recent years, the process of Dalian urbanization is accelerating, the quality of the environment was declining, the environmental conflicts happened frequently, and all kinds of environmental problems have caused the attention of the society. In order to solve the environmental problems of the further development of urbanization in Dalian, continue to maintain the nature of the livable city, this paper took high Park Street for example, investigated environmental accountability issues in the process of urbanization. Through the data , the city environmental construction and environmental outlook have improved, but there are stil some deficiencies, social environment consciousness are different , such as the existence of the obvious differences, the lack of accountability channels , the insufficient supply of the accountability system, the lack of public environmental accountability wilingness, environmental compensation is unreasonable and environmental justice weakening etc. The paper finaly puts forward relevant countermeasures, suggests to strengthen the environmental education of residents, to protect the public's environmental right toknow and right to participate, to strengthen environmental relief and ecological compensation, to establish the environmental responsibility system for life.
