Abstract:Since the 1980s, Chinese enterprises have established a large number of strategic alliances with foreign enterprises aiming at achieving the idea of so-called "Utilizing the Market to Introduce Technology", but this is not the case. As the foreign side worries about the spillover of core technology, the Chinese side has few contacts with technical knowledge, and then both of the two sides encounter great difficulties in the knowledge transfer. To solve this problem, the paper gives a game analysis on knowledge sharing in the Sino-foreign technical alliances and determines the condition of knowledge sharing-the best ratio of income distribution-under which the benefit that knowledge sharing brings to the foreign side can make up for its loss.
