Abstract:Relationship capital recognition is the basement of enterprises' CRM system design. Since correctly recognizing relationship capital is beneficial to identifying relationship resources, fixing business strategies and linking enterprises' resources to customers. Relationship capital can be correctly recognized through a measurement model. Which relationship is most important to enterprises will be shown in the result of the model. Based on the result, CRM system can be built to be more efficient.
