壳寡糖对干旱胁迫下油菜光合参数的影响

Abstract:采用酶解法获得壳寡糖,利用CIRAS-2型便携式光合仪测定干旱胁迫下油菜光合参数.其叶片的净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、胞间CO2浓度(Ci)显著降低;气孔限制值(Ls)显著提高.说明气孔限制是油菜在干旱胁迫下Pn降低的主要原因.用50 mg L-1壳寡糖溶液喷施油菜的幼苗叶片后发现干旱胁迫下油菜叶片的净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、胞间CO2浓度(Ci)显著提高;气孔限制值(Ls)显著降低.说明壳寡糖有助于减轻气孔限制引起的净光合速率的降低.壳寡糖还能促进幼苗根系生长.
