雪莲果块茎中绿原酸及总酚酸的含量测定

Abstract:目的:测定雪莲果块茎中有效成分绿原酸及总酚酸的含量.方法:绿原酸的测定分析采用高效液相色谱法.色谱柱:Waters SunFire TM C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm);流动相:甲醇-1%乙酸水溶液,二元梯度程序洗脱;流速:0.8 mL/min;检测波长:326 nm.总酚酸的测定采用分光光度法,以没食子酸为对照品,在725 nm波长处进行测定.结果:绿原酸含量在0.4~4.8 μg范围时与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.9990),加样回收率为97.28%;RSD为1.42%.总酚酸的线性范围为0.02~0.10 mg/mL(r=0.9990),加样回收率为96.81%;RSD为1.64%.结论:方法灵敏准确,适用于雪莲果块茎中绿原酸及总酚酸的测定.
