Abstract: This essay combines the factor analysis with the characteristics of High-Tech industries, and makes comparison among China's 5 major categories of High-Tech industrial innovation capacity. High-Tech industrial innovation capability assessment model is built to evaluate the current development of China's High-Tech industry innovation capability, analyze the innovation capacity of each High-Tech industry in China, and provide suggestions to increase the innovation capability of High-Tech industries.
