Abstract:The new ternary copolymerized bismaleimide resin was synthesized by the reaction of oligomeric bismaleimide(PPCBMI)with o,o'-diallyl bisphenol A(DABPA)and diphenylmethane bismaleimide(BDM)according to the molar ratio of maleimide group to allyl group 1:0.87.The effects of PPCBMI content on the curing behavior of the resin, the heat resistance, dynamic thermomechanical properties and mechanical properties of the cured product were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry analysis, thermogravimetric analysis, dynamic mechanical analysis and mechanical property test.The results showed that the PPCBMI could effectively toughen the BDM/DABPA system.Due to the introduction of the large-volume Cardo structure, the ideal resin with both heat resistance and toughness was obtained.
