Abstract:A new type bismaleimide monmer (PF-BMI) containing fluorene Cardo structure and aromatic ether linkage was successfully synthesized. Its structure was characterized by 1H-NMR. The curing behavior of PF-BMI/ortho-diallyl bisphenol A (DABPA) blend was studied by differential thermal analysis (DSC), and the thermal stability of cured PF-BMI and PF-BMI/DABPA blend were analyzed by TG. The thermal mechanical behavior of cured BMIP/DAPBA and glass cloth composite was investigated by dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA). The results show that, PF-BMI monomer has good solubility, and the cured resins of PF-BMI and PF-BMI/DABPA all have better thermal stability and high char yield. The tanδ peak of PF-BMI/DABPA and glass cloth composite reaches 313.8. ©, 2014, Power System Technology Press. All right reserved.
