可溶性PPESK/氰酸酯树脂体系的制备与性能

Abstract:The poly (phthalazine ether sulfone ketone) (PPESK)/cyanate resin blends were prepared by the melt-mixing method. The influence of PPESK molecular weight on the mechanical properties of the blends was investigated by the fracture toughness and the flexural testing. The critical stress intensity factor KIC of the blends is 1.00 MPa&middotm1/2~1.25 MPa&middotm1/2, while the flexural strength and flexural modulus are 140 MPa~148 MPa and 3.26 GPa~3.30 GPa respectively. The heat-resistant properties of the blends were studied by the heat distortion test and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The heat distortion temperature and the temperature at 5% mass loss are 266°C and 415°C~428°C, respectively. Finally, the results of the dielectric properties indicate that the dielectric constant and tanδ are 3~3.2 and 0.006~0.007, respectively.
