预浸湿法纤维缠绕技术用环氧树脂体系的研究

Abstract: Epoxy resin system for wet pre-impregnating filament winding with long-term chemical stability was prepared by adding acetyl acetone transition-metal complex compound ([Mt(acac)n]), silane coupling agent and nano SiO2 to the epoxy resin/anhydride matrix. The temperature thixotropic phenomena of the resin system is investigated by FT-IR and SEM. Experimental results show that the nano SiO2/epoxy resin/anhydride system has temperature thixotropy, and the thixotropic temperature is (60 ± 5)°C. The system can be maintained more than 30 days at room temperature. These results satisfied the fundamental requirements of the epoxy resin system for wet pre-impregnating filament winding.
