酚酞基聚醚酮/环氧树脂/氰酸酯半互穿聚合物的制备及性能

Abstract:The polymer with semi-IPN structure was prepared by blending epoxy resin (EP) with phenolphthalein poly (ether ketone) (PEK-C) using cyanate eater resin (CE) as curing agent. The mechanical properties including fracture toughness, flexural module and flexural strength were tested by three-point bending method. The glass transition temperature (Tg) and storage module were tested by dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA). And the morphology of the fracture surface was observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that PEK-C can enhance the toughness of the cured resins without sacrificing Tgand the mechanical properties. But the initial decomposition temperature slightly decreases with increasing PEK-C content, probably due to the reduced cross-linking density.
