连续纤维增强PPESK树脂基复合材料的界面性能

Abstract: The interfaces of composites of continuous glass fibre (GF), T700 (CF) fibre and F-12 fibre reinforced PPESK resin were studied. Broken mode and mechanism of three composites were obtained. The results show that the interfacial bonds of T700/PPESK and F-12/PPESK composites are stronger than those of GF/PPESK composite. According to the analyses on the fracture section by SEM, the broken mechanism for three composites is different. The break occurs in the interface for GF/PPESK composite, the resin for CF/PPESK composite and the fibre for F-12/PPESK composite. Three composites are all unhygroscopic and have good mechanical properties under wet condition, and CF/PPESK composite is the best in two points.
