Abstract:Due to the complexity of oceanography and ecology process which affects the variation of marine pollutants,a common method which can calculate the coastal waters environmental capacity has not been established yet.The calculations of the marine environment capacity of COD,inorganic nitrogen,reactive phosphate and PHAOs (petroleum hydrocarbons associated with oil) were done in the program of Jingang area of Dalian using the gradational standards management.The calculating results are 21500,2942,126 and 763 t/a,respectively.
