含二氮杂萘酮结构新型环氧树脂的合成

Abstract:A novel epoxy resin containing phthalazinone moieties was prepared from 4-(4hydroxyphenyl)-1-phthalazinone and epichlorohydrin using NaOH as catalyst. Major factors affecting epoxy resin, such as mole ratios of monomer, catalyst, quantity and concentration of the catalyst, reaction time and temperature, were studied in detail. Structure of the epoxy resin was characterized by FTIR and hydrogen-1 NMR spectra. One of the most important indexes, epoxy value, was measured. Relative number average molecular mass was calculated. Property of cured resin was measured by differential scanning calorimetry and TGA.
