含二氦杂萘酮结构全芳香杂环聚合物的研究进展

Abstract:High-performance polymers with excellent comprehensive properties have been becoming crucial materials for their applications in aerospace, automobile, electronics, and other high technology fields. Modifying their processibility without sacrifice of their outstanding thermal stability is receiving considerable attention. Polymers containing phthalazinone moieties are a series of novel high performance thermoplastics. In this paper, the synthesis of poly(phthalazinone ether)s, involving poly (phthalazinone ether sulfone ketone)s, poly (phthalazinone ether nitrile sulfone ketone)s, poly (phthalazinone ether sulfone ketone ketone)s and poly(phthalazinone ether triphenyl 1,3,5-triazine)s , and their structure-property were elaborately reviewed. They have outstanding thermal stability and good solubility in some aprotic polar organic solvents because of introducing twist and non-eoplanar phthalazinone moiety into polymer main chain. Thus they can be processed by melting, such as injection, extrusion and molding, and in solution in the result of expanding their application, such as in coating and membrane.
