含碳硼烷耐高温有机硅树脂的合成与表征

Abstract:A novel vinyl(polymethylsilyl)carborane (V-PMSCB) with carborane in main chain was designed and prepared by condensation reaction. The structure and molecular weight of V-PMSCB were characterized by FT-IR, NMR and GPC. The number average molecular weight of V-PMSCB is 5.8×104 by GPC. The thermal curing behavior of V-PMSCB was evaluated by DSC and FT-IR. The temperature of V-PMSCB is 707℃ and > 1000℃ respectively when the carbon residue ratio of the polymer is 5% in nitrogen and air atmosphere, showing an excellent thermal and thermal oxidation stability. The cured product P-MSCB derived from V-PMSCB has the excellent thermal stability and thermal oxidation stability with high char yields of 91.86% and 99.07% in nitrogen and air at 1000℃, respectively. ©2021, Editorial Board of Polymer Materials Science & Engineering.
