臭氧/紫外协同作用处理腈纶废水

Abstract: 论文采用臭氧/紫外(O3/UV)高级氧化技术对难生化降解且微生物毒性大的腈纶聚合工艺废水进行处理,考察了反应时间、pH、污染物浓度等对处理效果的影响.结果表明,O3/UV协同处理腈纶废水的效果优于臭氧和紫外单独作用效果的叠加,有明显的协同促进作用.处理后废水的B/C由原来的0.08提高到0.3以上,可有效提高腈纶废水的可生化性,为后续的生物处理创造良好的条件.在反应时间为30 min、pH为6的条件下,O3/UV协同作用对腈纶废水的处理效果最佳,COD可由1 120 mg/L降解到850 mg/L,去除率达25%,B/C可提高到0.34.降低废水中初始污染物浓度,COD的去除率显著升高,但B/C提高不明显.
