太阳能电池用联吡啶铼光敏染料研究

Abstract: 合成了3种含有羧基的联吡啶铼光敏染料[(2,2′-联吡啶-4,4′-二羧酸乙酯)Re(CO)3(R-吡啶)PF6](R=H,CH3,NH2),对染料的光、电化学性能进行了研究.在吡啶配体上引入供电基团-CH3或-NH2,染料的MLCT(金属-配体间电荷转移)最大吸收波长发生红移、氧化还原电位降低.激光闪光光解研究表明,3种染料激发态衰减速率分别为1.2×107、1.7×107和3.7×108 s-1,远小于电子注入的速率(纳米TiO2的为1011~1013 s-1),可望实现电子向TiO2导带的传递.引入供电基团后的吡啶配体可能向染料激发态传递电子,加快其衰变,从而减少注入到TiO2中的电子回传给染料激发态的可能,提高光电转换效率.
