Abstract:A high-speed on-line monitoring and evaluation system based on the design of thermodynamic parameter diagnosis was researched for 102J turbine-compressor sets in the petrochemical plants in this paper. Aimed at the Characteristics of the 102J sets and request of the petrochemical enterprises, a dynamic data acquisition and data communications (OPC) module was developed. In compressor part, Lee-Kesler equation was used to calculate the properties of natural gas medium, coefficient matrix simulation method was applied to simulate compressor' s characteristic curve field, similarity conversion principle was used to compute accurately important parameters' expectant values (such as shaft power, polytropic efficiency, anti-surge margin). At last scientific evaluation compared with real values which acquired in locale was made. In turbine part, the following module are offered: a heat-related equipment online variable conditions calculation module, expectant values of Thermodynamic parameters online calculation module, the thermal energy loss analysis and assessment of economic impact about turbine main parameters module and so on. The scientific basis of management and economic operation for 102J turbine-compressor sets is provided. The system has been put into trial operation.
