摘要:In the twelfth five-year plan of building energy efficiency in Dalian, China, a higher goal of residential building energy-saving design standard will be formulated on the basis of the current residential building energy-saving rate of 65%. What extend of energy-saving rate can be reached under the heat-transfer coefficients of building envelope in the Finnish building energy efficiency standards were mainly studied in the paper by means of simulation calculation. Three types of residential buildings including a high-rise, a middle-level and a low-rise building were selected for the comprehensive analysis. Firstly, the simulation calculation results and the corresponding values listed in the design standard for energy efficiency of residential buildings of Dalian were compared on the basis of the same heat transfer coefficients listed in the design standard. The simulation results showed that the energy-saving rate of the three type of buildings were in accordance with the design standard, and the calculated index of heat consumption of a building was also within a reasonable range. Then, the energy-saving rates of the residential building models were shown under the building envelope heat transfer coefficients described in Finnish standards. In addition, the simulation calculations were also perfoiined when the design indoor air temperature was raised from 18 degrees C to 20 degrees C. And the changes of the energy-saving rate of building were studied accordingly.
