摘要:The conventional static cooling load estimation methods for district buildings cannot show the fluctuation characteristics of the load. What's more, the estimation result was often larger than the actual design value due to the disregard of simultaneous factor during the actual operation period. The problem can be solved by establishing a dynamic cooling load database for city buildings. In the paper, the city typical building models are established. Energy simulation software of DeST (designer ' s simulation toolkits) is used to calculate the dynamic load of these models. The dynamic load database of typical buildings can be finally established by making the dynamic load dimensionless. An application program of the dynamic load database is then developed using Delphi computer software. It will be convenient for the users to analyze the characteristics of the load of district buildings. And it will be helpful for the selection of system and equipment as well.
