Abstract:爆破工程是属于危险性较高,其爆破作业会对周边环境和居民生活带来一定影响.为此人们一直探寻各种方式来控制爆破,其中爆破安全评估是一种先导性工作,可以预判爆破作业的风险,对爆破工程的质量控制发挥着重要作用.该文从安全评估依据、基本原则、主要内容以及相关的法律法规进行了详细阐述.同时结合新的爆破安全规程,指出了爆破安全评估的变化,有利于指导和提高爆破作业单位进行安全评估工作.
