纳米Al2O3/金刚石复合颗粒的爆轰制备法探讨

Abstract:  本文通过爆轰法制备得到了纳米Al2O3/金刚石复合颗粒,初步探讨了采用不同前驱体(即特种炸药前驱体制备方法)、炸药含量及微量添加剂等因素对爆轰合成纳米Al2O3/金刚石复合颗粒的影响.实验结果表明,提高炸药含量和添加微量添加剂均有利于保护金刚石不被氧化(或石墨化),爆轰产物中除了含有Al2O3颗粒和金刚石颗粒之外,还含有少量的中间态物质,如Al2OC和无定形碳等物质,爆轰产物中含有表面包覆颗粒,复合颗粒的平均尺寸约为50nm,包覆层厚度约为1~2nm.
