纳米金刚石粉水溶胶制备与表征

Abstract:  本研究中,将金刚石粉末与分散剂共磨,考察了金刚石粉末与分散剂比例、研磨转速、研磨时间和分散介质种类的影响.粒度分析和TEM实验表明,当金刚石与吐温80的质量比为1∶1,以2000r/min的转速共磨1.5h后,平均尺寸减小到大约120nm.TEM试验表明,金刚石悬浮中颗粒呈单颗粒状分布,尺寸约为5nm.红外光谱实验表明,与分散剂研磨后,金刚石颗粒表面更容易吸附某些亲油性化学基团,如—C=O,—C—O—等,这些基团使金刚石颗粒更容易分散于水溶液中.
