李敬巍副教授

李敬巍，博士，副教授，美国Clemson University 访问学者，中国外国文学学会教学分会理事，主要研究方向为比较文学与文化，汉语国际教育与文化传播。主持国家语委“十四五”科研规划基金项目、省社科联等各级各类项目近20项。出版学术专著1部，在《学习与探索》、《外语与外语教学》、《语言与翻译》等国内权威期刊发表论文40余篇，CSSCI收录8篇。两门辽宁省一流本科课程负责人，主持国家本科质量工程项目2项，主持校教改项目4项；获辽宁省第三届高校教师教学创新大赛二等奖，大连理工大学第三届教学创新大赛二等奖，课程思政教学设计大赛二等奖，校优秀教学成果三等奖；连续数年获大连理工大学教学质量优良奖。

摘要：When comparing Dalian with Chicago in the field of government procurement, the main differences are embodied in three aspects. In order to further improve transparency and effectiveness of government procurement in Dalian, learning from Chicago and other American practice following approaches should be adopt.
