PEG/SiO2-Ni复合定形相变材料的制备与性能研究

Abstract: 为提高相变储能材料的热导率和稳定性,以聚乙二醇(PEG)、SiO2和泡沫镍为原料,基于溶胶-凝胶和真空浸渍法制备了一种新型热导率增强的定形复合相变材料PEG/SiO2-Ni,并对其性能进行表征.结果表明,镍泡沫的引入使复合相变材料的热导率达到0.57 W/(m·K),与PEG/SiO2相比,热导率提高了96.6%,其储热所用时间也相对减少了63.4%,有效提高了PEG/SiO2-Ni相变材料强度和储/放热速率.同时,PEG/SiO2-Ni相变材料还具有良好的定形相变效果、结构稳定性和较高的相变潜热.
