新型聚合物PSQ-L基余弦型Y分支分束器的设计

Abstract: 聚合物Y分支分束器是集成光予器件重要的基本单元,本文设计和分析了低损耗余弦型Y分支光波导器件。我们以PSQ-L聚合物材料的光学参数为基础,利用波束传输法(FD-BPM)对引起光传输损耗的两个重要结构参数(过渡区长度、分支高度)进行了模拟。结果表明:传输损耗随过渡区长度的增长而减小,随分支高度的增加而增加。
