含油污泥大物料热重实验研究

Abstract:为了更加接近于实际过程的物料热解析出特性,在自行设计的平台上进行了大物料含油污泥的热重实验研究.结果表明,随着升温速率和粒径的增加,含油污泥的主要失重区间向高温区域移动,其热重的活化能E为14.4~35.81 kJ/mol,指前因子A为37.87~844.1 s-1,E与lnA之间呈良好的线性关系,符合动力学补偿效应;与微量热重相比,含油污泥大物料热重的失重特性刚开始滞后于微量热重,随后这种趋势逐渐减弱,大物料热重反应活化能与指前因子数值均小于微量热重.
