Abstract:The paper utilized fuzzy switching PID controller to deal with linear
ship model.Course-changing process was divided into two fuzzy operating
regimes according to different control objectives.When the great error
occurred,TSPID fuzzy controller was employed to improve the response
rate,while the error closing to setting point,the hybrid controller
composed of TS-PID and conventional PI controller was used,and if the
error was small enough,the conventional PI controller was used to make
the ship reaching a stable level in the setting course
quickly.Simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed
algorithm.
