多晶硅定向凝固过程中温度对凝固速率的影响

Abstract: 多晶硅定向凝固过程中,凝固速率是影响产品品质的重要参数,但却难以直接测量.本研究基于定向凝固过程中的热平衡关系,建立了凝固速率计算模型,研究了温度对凝固速率的影响.结果 表明,凝固过程中液固相内温度梯度比值存在规律性的变化趋势,通过该模型获得的凝固速率理论值与实验测量结果吻合度较好,可以为多晶硅定向凝固过程中凝固速率的评估和调控提供支撑.
