Abstract:为了提高压缩机叶轮的加工效率,研究了解析法构建铣削稳定性叶瓣图的方法,并利用该方法实现对FV520B材料加工的参数优化.通过该方法可以选取合适的加工转数和切削深度,避免颤振,使加工后的工件达到要求的精度及表面质量,并能够保护刀具和机床的安全、可靠度.通过实验数据分析,获取构建叶瓣图的所需参数,构建稳定性叶瓣图,并在所构建的叶瓣图中选取不同测试点,对叶瓣图进行正确性验证.研究表明,该方法在实际叶轮加工制造中具有重要意义.
